Failed accumulators

Hydraulic accumulators can be checked with thermal imaging to make sure they are charged correctly.

The green line shows the approximate level of the hydraulic oil which indicates that the nearest accumulator is lower on gas than the others.

An incorrectly charged accumulator may increase cycle time due to lack of oil.

A recent survey of accumulators identified 32% as not functioning correctly.
