Inspection windows

Inspection windows allow safe inspection of live electrical terminals without having to open panels.

In front of some terminals are Perspex guards that allow you to see the terminals, unfortunately a thermal camera can not see through Perspex or indeed glass, replacing these with another version of the inspection windows allows visual checks and thermal images to be taken.

Barrel insulation jackets

Fitting thermal jackets to barrels reduce the amount of radiated heat, at the same time it reduces the surface temperature which results in improved safety.

ROI is generally less than 2 years, a survey can be undertaken before and after jackets are fitted, this gives reassurance that saving are being made.

Condenser Screens

Fitting a screen in front of the condenser screens helps capture airborne debris and prevents the debris getting drawn into the matrix and reducing efficiency.

Cleaning the screens is a matter of brushing them clean on a regular basis or removing them and reverse jet washing.
